The Board of Directors (also referred to as “The Board”) is composed of 5 to 7 individuals who own residences here at the Art Foundry. The Board is responsible for the management and operation of the Association. The Board also oversees enforcement of the Condo Docs and resolves complaints or disputes among residents when necessary.
The Board of Directors for 2008, and their areas of oversight, are as follows:

All questions or comments to the Board of Directors should be sent to comments@artfoundry.net. We will make every effort to respond in a timely manner, but please be patient. For immediate concerns, please contact the Property Management team, Brooke Bembridge or Eric Love. The Board meets monthly to review important issues pertaining to the management of the property. Residents may request to meet with the Board for certain issues. As our agendas are very full, you must request to be placed on the agenda within 2 weeks prior to the meeting by contacting the Property Manager. We may not be able to grant every request immediately, and in certain situations, you may be asked to meet with a subcommittee of the Board.
