Located across the 17th Street Bridge from Midtown, The Art Foundry Condominium Community is just minutes to Virginia Highlands, Buckhead, and Downtown Atlanta. It is less than one mile from the campus of Georgia Tech, and is about three miles from Georgia State University. Nearby is the Grand Ellipse Park, which features a pond, a 200-foot pedestrian bridge and artifacts (including a smokestack and steel presses) from the old Atlantic Steel plant that once stood on the site. The community is across the street from Atlanta’s only IKEA store and is just blocks from Atlantic Station’s retail and entertainment district, which has a 16-screen movie theatre, Target, Publix, Dillard’s, and world-class shopping and dining. Our community is active and diverse.
